Photo a Day 127 - Good Fences

Long time since I have posted here. Run out of fences and lots of other things to think about.

I recently bought myself a new camera -  a Nikon Coolpix 610.  It's a little compact but it has an amazing zoom and works out a lot cheaper than buying an expensive zoom lens for my Canon DSLR. I've been practising and thought I would post these shots of the vineyard which  is about 200metres up the road from my house. I didn't use a tripod which would have made the photos clearer, but it does show what the zoom is like for  small camera.

And zooming in.

    1. I'm in love with mine too, but have to say I think the macro on my canon is better. However i love how easy the Nikon is to put in my handbag.

  4. Well, I got a small Canon...and I just love the light weight of it....just totally love it. And the size. It will fit in a coat pocket easily or a man's shirt pocket...I wear men's shirts as a jacket quite often.

Anyway, I can see yours does amazing shots...

  7. Wow you do have a good zoom on that camera. - These are great shots. They have an "abstract" feel to them.
