- I am a teacher in a small country primary school, teaching Year 6/7. In my former life I was a high school Phys Ed teacher, but advanced age, creaking joints, aching muscles and lack of patience with teenagers saw me moving into primary school teaching which I love. I am a mother of three adult children and grandmother of two delightful grand daughters - the loves of my life. Well, actually the love of my life is my husband of 46 years - a former high school maths teacher, but more recently a viticulturalist - now retired. My passions are gardening and quilting, reading , cooking and crisp white wines.
